Can't download free app
Hello, I can’t download the FREE application for some reason, when I try to download the free application, an icon pops up with the inscription confirmation failure on my payment cards

To downlaod ANYTHING from ANY of Apple’s online stores, even free apps, you need to supply Apple with a vaild payment method/source.
This is setup in the Settings app, tap the top , large ID panel/block, in the right hand colunm, tap Payments & Shipping and supply Apple with a valid form of payment.
