Videos blacked a screen on browser apps like safari and chrome iPhone 7

my videos on you tube and Netflix are playing fine but whenever I open my safari app or google chrome app and watch a video through the browser it is just a black screen. I can hear the audio just fine but the screen is black. Every once an a while it mite put up one picture as if it’s gonna show video but it just leaves up that single picture and continues to play audio. I tryed to restart my phone and I ever downloaded Firefox to see if it was my browser that was the problem but it didn’t change anything.

To get started, it looks like you're experiencing this on an iPhone 7 running iOS 15. If you're not yet running the latest version of iOS 15, which is iOS 15.3, please backup your iPhone and get it fully updated and test further.
