Download on my Apple Tv icon won’t go to main menu

Hmm, try closing the TV app: swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe right to find the TV app, then swipe up the close it.

Then, restart the TV app and select one of the icons on the bottom other than Library.

Make sure your iPhone is connected to the internet. The Apple TV app requires an active internet connection to display anything other that your Downloads.

If using cellular / mobile, make sure the Apple TV App is allowed in Settings->Cellular / Mobile->Apple TV App.
