Hello ednabandiola,
We see that you have some security concerns on your iPhone.
Your iPhone should only have one App Store app on it. If you are seeing additional app stores on there you'll want to remove them. Additionally if you see any apps that you don't recognize, you should remove them as well.
Alternatively if you want to ensure that your device doesn't have anything nefarious on it, you can always restore to factory settings. Note that doing this will delete all of your data: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
