Twelve south Hover bar duo

This product is sold on the Apple store app so I assumed it was quality. It shakes like crazy & after a few hours the weight of the iPad caused it to droop down. Everything is fully tightened. Why can’t you leave a review?

Wobbly volume up button on new IPad pro (2020) 11 inch I just purchased iPad Pro 2020 / 11 inch but volume Up button is wobbly .When I press , it is working but not feel as down button ( you can see the picture I send ) . The power button and volume down buttons are Rock solid . is it normal (Do you think it will be problem in future) or should I change it ? Wobbly volume up button on new iPad Pro 11" Hi. I just purchased a new iPad Pro 11" and I immediately noticed that the volume up button is wobbly. The power button and the volume down are rock solid so there is clearly something wrong with the button on my device. Since all of the apple retail stores are closed, where am I to go to have this either repaired or replaced? Cheers.

iPad Pro 12.9” Magic Keyboard Issues. Is the iPad Pro 12.9" magic keyboard supposed to creak when you fully extend it? Just got mine June 7th, 2020 and its had this unsatisfying noise when I bend it backwards to raise the screen of the iPad Pro. The track pad does not respond sometimes to clicks and to touch as well. The keys seem to be working just fine. Tried reaching support to no avail. Stores in my area are closed now. Help please.

Just because something is on the Apple Store does not mean it is made by apple or high quality. That’s an issue with the manufacturer.
