iPhone 13 Lock Screen AirPlay Notification

Has anyone figured out a way to shut off these annoying Airplay notifications?

I’ve got AirPlay set to NEVER.

I’ve read all the information I can find on line for this issue. Most responses do not address the issues of “iPhone 13 Lock Screen AirPlay Notifications”.

I don’t have an Apple TV. I’m not on a conference room.

I thought for sure this (https://www.howtogeek.com/730983/how-to-hide-iphone-lock-screen-playback-controls-for-airplay/) was going to be the answer. But I don’t have the

“Control Other Speakers & TVs” option.
