MacBook Air M1 battery acting abnormally!

I'm a first time MacBook user. I have bought my MacBook Air m1 4 months ago. And just after 33 charging cycles it's battery health drop down to 97%. And now this happens, I have charged it to 93% and restarted it and then battery percentage increases to 97. Is it normal or my MacBook have some serious issues, what should I do?
