Sick of Apple Music always breaking

Apple Music has not been playing any of my playlist for close to a month. Each time I say Hey Siri play my playlist she replies that she can't find such a playlist in my Apple Music library. She does play my mixes but those contain about fifteen songs. How about the full service here? I want to cancel but can't get into my account. I am about to file a complaint with the complaint board. Sick of this mess every other month.

If you can’t get into your account or are having other issues or network access issues, those may well be effecting Apple Music playback. Contact Apple Support, and discuss this with them. Use the Get Support link in the upper right of this webpage.

I always contact Apple Support about this same problem every other month; I am tired of complaining and calling support for the same issue. Apple Music has many bugs that need to be fixed.

I’ve not encountered what you have reported here, and would wonder if there’s a device or or Wi-Fi or network or ISP issue lurking, or something at Apple is just busted within your subscription.

Cancel your subscription, as it’s clearly not working for you.
