Apple Music: Sort Albums by Album Artist

Running Apple Music 1.1.6.37 on IMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Mid 2015), and Big Sur 11.5.2

I have just switched from iTunes to Apple Music, and expected changes to waht I have been used to - and accept that, just so that it is said.

I may well have missed how to solve this issue and would appreciate a tip on how to address the issue. Note that I realize that in a streaming world and with a relatively small number of tracks that may be tolerable, even unimportant, but I have been using iTunes since it was introduced and have amassed a considerable library of music over the years, as have many others.

My problem:

I used to sort Albums by Album Artist in iTunes, an option that seem to have vanished for reasons unknown. I want albums by various artists - Soundtracks, Anthologies, and albums with artists collected from a number of different groups to stay together in the same folder on my hard disk. Also, in Music (previously iTunes) i want to find to find those album organised together, not split up in umpteen dofferent places in the list according to the Track artist. It makes no sense.

I wish to be able to sort albums also by Album Artist, and for tracks & albums without specified Album Artist, to use Track Artist as default Album Artist.
