my mother's 8 year old iPad isn't responding after a restart; I can do a force reboot by holding down the home button & the lock button, but the screen is unresponsive and I can't enter the unlock code.
unfortunately because I can't open the device, I can't tell what model it is (but it's a 9 inch screen about 2015 vintage)
