Audio Descriptions won’t turn off
Only happens with iTunes movies. Netflix and other apps work as expected. All settings for VoiceOver and AD are off. How do I turn this off?

If this happens for many titles, then verify the current audio track. If it lists ‘<language> AD’, then select a non-AD track instead. Change audio options during playback - Adjust Apple TV audio - Apple Support
If this happens for one particular title, regardless of above setting, then contact the iTunes Store staff about possible issues at the source.

No option to change AD play back
Apple tech have no clue how to fix it do that is a waste of time.
If the source file has erroneous audio tracks, then the content supplier (originating studio) will have to bring out a fixed version. Alerting the iTunes Store staff will assist in that.
