Contact app not working properly

I updated to 15.3 and noticed that when I open Contacts, it automatically open to the last contact I viewed. I don't like this. When I open Contacts, I want to see my alphabetical listing. When I open an email, I want to see the Inbox of whatever address I'm using. Can I turn off this feature?

Why does contacts open to a contact when i close it in list view After I have opened a contact and then go back to the alphabetical list and close contacts, then open contacts again, It goes back to the contact I had last viewed, not the alphabetical list when I closed it. I have closed contacts by swiping up, and I also have turned off the phone. Contacts will still open to the last viewed contact. This behavior happens randomly. Visible to Invisible contacts When I try looking for a contact in my contact list, it doesn't show the contact even though it's there. When I type their name to text them, it comes up. How do I solve this?

Contacts not all of my contacts show in my contacts list/app. But if i go to my home screen and swipe down for the search bar & type in someones name they pop up. How can i fix that issue?
