Having problem in requesting refund
Hello,
I have placed an order and it was delivered to an incorrect address. I want to request a refund or in general get apple informed about this matter, but when I am trying to report the problem on reportaproblem.apple.com it says that my account does not have any purchases and I am not able to proceed.
I will appreciate any help, this is my first time buying on apple.
