Take a photo or screen shot.
Takes a long time (minutes if not hours) for the photo to show up in Photos app.
In Camera, I can tap the Photos at bottom left and they are there.
When they do appear in Photos, if I attempt to edit, it displays “Loading” for minutes.

It's really bad.
In Photos app, sometimes takes a couple minutes to have the photos come into focus.
If I select Edit, takes minutes ( if ever) to get there.
Sometimes it displays Loading... across the photo.
Sometimes all the controls are grayed out.
I take a screenshot or a photo, it may or may not actually go not the photo album.
In the Camera app, I can tap the Photo at bottom left and delete a photo I just took. l close the Camera app, reopen it, tap the Photos at bottom left and the photo is there again. Sometimes.
It may to may not show up when I open the Photos app by itself.
I took a couple of videos.
They show up in the Camera app but when I attempt to view them, no controls (or grayed to controls). I can see the preview at bottom but I just get the waiting/spinning circle.
I can't even post a photo as it won't save the photos/screenshots.
