Package never delivered

Hello, I recently sent in my iPhone to repair the front screen. When I tracked the status through apple it says it was sent to FedEx. However, when I tracked the package through FedEx it says they are unable to retrieve my tracking results. I sent them a message and they said they haven't received my package and to contact apple. Please help, thank you!
