Factory Reset -> Active Mac section

Hi, I need help with my MacBook Air; Factory Reset Active Mac section says that A server with the specified hostname could not be found? There are two options below 1) Previous 2) Reset but when I pressed Previous areow it shows the language selection and if I pressed the Reset arrow it comes back to that screen from before saying A server with the specified hostname could Not be found. It just won’t go anywhere other than those two options. What to Do? I'm stuck! Oh, and my Wifi is connected.

Hey there, and welcome to Apple Support Communities, 10zinc00.

We see that you're having some trouble factory resetting your MacBook Air. We've got some questions to better understand what's going on.

•Have you been able to test on any other Wi-Fi networks to see if you get the same issue?

•Have you recently reinstalled the OS of the Mac?

•Are you using a specific key combination to boot the Mac, or is it just booting up to this?

We look forward to your response.
