i am getting a error message when trying to sign in to icloud - You cannot sign into icloud because there is a problem verifying the identity of this mac. Try restarting your mac and signing in again.
I am not on a mac - i am using a windows 10 device

I was facing the same issue and after lots of surfing, I finally fixed my problem. Now my iCloud is working fine. Here are a few steps.
1) Press Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box, and then type services.msc and hit Enter. If Win + R does not work just type Services in the search bar and hit Enter.
2) Scroll down the list of services, and then right-click the Bonjour service and select Restart from the context menu.
3) After this just open iCloud and log in.

Same issue. 3rd gen surface core i5, freshly updated windows 10 H2, fully patched. tried uninstalling, reinstalling the iCLoud app from the M$ app store, rebooting, etc...
I too am unable to log clients into iCloud for Windows. It's not affecting anything on my Apple devices, just Windows. Please come up with a fix. Nothing is working.
