AirPods and AirPods Pro connection issues since the latest iOS, MacOS update

Hello,

I have 2018 2nd Gen Airpods and 2019 1st Gen Airpods. Both show the same symptoms on all my devices (2020 M1 MBA macOS 12.2 (21D49), iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 15.3, iPad Pro 10,5 iPadOS 15.3, 2018 Apple TV 4K tvOS 15.3. 2017 Apple TV tvOS 15.3) except my Apple Watch (Series 6 watchOS 8.3). The connection from the Airpods (/Pro) started dropping from all of my devices. after the recent updates of the MBA, iPhone, iPadPro. There is no new update for the AirPods (/Pro). I reset and reconnected them, same issue. No drops with an Android device. There is no support documentation regarding that issue. Restoring my devices (MBA, iPhone, iPadPro) is not an option, which I think is pretty much excessive, since they work with non Apple products as they should.

I use them primarily for online meetings via MS Teams. Tried other software (Telegram, WhatsApp, Line), same outcome. Same with music, video consumption (apple music, YouTube music, Tune-in radio, YouTube video app, AppleTV+ content --> across aforementioned three devices).

Whats next?

PS: Feedback to anyone is terrible. Many things I, very very dislike about the way the software is going.

MacBook Air (2020 or later)
