Why is A. Bluetooth Icon on my App

I have a Bluetooth icon symbol on my Spotify app. My Bluetooth is off in settings. It is also affecting the volume on my iPad and I can’t hear incoming messages or notifications. Any ideas?

We see from your post that you're having trouble with Bluetooth on your iPad.

First, we'd suggest using these steps to disconnect all Bluetooth connections:
