The bluetooth reciever is not working on my Apple TV 4K device.

I suspect you've got to pair your zwift hardware to the ATV4K... What happened during that process? Settings > Remotes and Devices > Other devices/Bluetooth > [put your Zwift thingy in pairing mode]

I use my apple TV 4K to connect with Zwift. When the Zwift app is open, it indicates the blue tooth reciever is not on. I used another apple TV 4K that I have in my home, and it worked.
