Mini iPad wifi

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with Wi-Fi. As we understand, you aren't able to connect to Wi-Fi with your iPad mini.

Please try the steps here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network.

Make sure you restart your router even if other devices are connecting fine. Also test with another Wi-Fi network to further isolate the issue.
