iPhone hot spot is not working with my Mac

I use a Mac book pro 2020, 13 inch and I have iPhone 11. I have a very interesting problem which I had experienced with my previous Mac book air. I share internet to my Mac from my personal hot spot, it connects but safari doesn’t open any page. It just started today. I connect my iPhone to Mac with cable and I ask them to trust each other etc)) but the problem isn’t solved. This is an obligation for me because I don’t have wifi in the country I am in at the moment because of my work and Apple support doesn’t give any service to this country( The Gambia) I will be grateful for an idea that can solve my issue please.
