iMessage spam on macbook pro

Every day I get lots of spam from spoofed phone numbers on my macbook pro, my phone blocks them but its not currently possible on macbook

i get texts from numbers like the following (real example from spammers using fake numbers)

‭1 (410) 100-024‬

‭1 (410) 100-025

There is nothing that blocks them and there are no user interfaces ANYWHERE to stop it

Troubleshooting Scam Calls:

Three Thoughts:

A. Use Malwarebytes Mobile Security:

The free version blocks popups. Read the following post to see how to use this software: Blocked numbers - Apple Community

B. Modify your Credentials:

If you suspect activity issues, and interacted with it an any form, then modify the you credentials:

C. Report this to Apple:

Have a Screenshot of thisForward a screenshot of this as an attachment to Apple using this eMail address: reportphishing@apple.com. In the comments pane, inform Apple of what the attachment is all about: an eMail containing an attachment of a phishing scam. Use my User Tip: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tips

You're not the only one. These are SPAM SMS text messages. As such, you must have your iPhone configured to relay SMS texts to your Mac. If that is the case, you will need to contact your cellular voice provider to report these and see if there is anything they can do to block them on your behalf. Alternatively, you could disable the SMS relay so only your iPhone has to deal with them.
