Green screen on low brightness

I have an iPhone XS that has developed an issue where the screen turns green when the brightness is lowered. I’ve done everything I can think of to resolve this, updated to 15.3 and also factory reset it but it still has this issue. Other than this issue the phone works perfectly although the quality of the screen when it’s not green seems less clear too. Any ideas as it looks like the OLED screen may be the issue to me?

I have seen these cases quite often and if the phone is otherwise OK you have a choice of accepting it or

You could arrange a repair

or: contact Apple Support

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article.
