Hi,

Is this the Samsung Xpress M2885FW model listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support? Only an AirPrint-enabled printer can be used without a special app. The printer and the iPhone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network (router).

If an AirPrint-enabled printer, please check all settings to begin with. If the settings are OK, try the following procedure in the exact order:

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPhone, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the iPhone. Finally, power on all other devices/computers.
