MDM Enrollment Issue

We seem to be experiencing an issue when re enrolling the iPad device after upgrading to iOS 15.3.

When setting up an iPad device we do not have a "remote management" screen on a DEP device although the device does exits on ABM

Hi, batsile.

Thank you for contributing to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you’re experiencing an issue where you’re no longer able to remotely manage an iPad from one of the devices you usually use to deploy managed devices, but you can still see that it’s a managed device in Apple Business Manager. It also sounds like it occurred after updating the iPadOS software and that it’s only occurring on this one iPad.

If we’re on the same page, we want to be up front in letting you know that you may need to reach out to Apple directly for assistance.

However, we’re hopping that one of these guides will assist:

If everything looks good on the DEP side, you might try checking the ABM side to ensure the device is still assigned to an MDM server. This is the article we're referencing:

Warmest Regards.
