Garageband glitch while playing

While playing Synthesizer like "Droplet" on my new Macbook Pro 16", I see that after a few seconds, there is a glitch - a break of silence - for about 1 second, and then it resumes. Does this happen for any particular reason?

I have escalated this, and I am asked to test after uninstalling Garageband, and now by reinstalling my macOS.

My GarageBand version is 10.4.5

Could someone please help with this?

To help us replicate it:

Are you using a controller for input?

Does it happen during recording only? Or playback only?

Does it happen after a series of notes or one continuous note?
