FaceTime not working on iPhone 13 Pro

Brand new IPhone 13 Pro today. My phone won’t accept incoming FaceTime calls to my Cell phone number.


I have checked for outages (no), no router issues, cell connection intact, cellular data on, app is allowed, correct phone number is listed, time and date set automatically, device was restarted and updated.


I can receive FT with my Apple ID email but not with my cell phone number.


I have no idea what to do.

Is iMessage and FaceTime active? If you go to Settings>FaceTime>You can be reached at; Is your phone number checked?
