My phone was 20% battery last night when I plugged in to charge when I woke up it died ao I thought I didn’t plug in probably so I tried plug back in again after 5mins it’s not even turn on

When you plugged it in last night, did it show that the battery was charging? Try the steps here to get it to turn on. If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
