Notes on my iPhone go blank

The notes I have created on iPhone 11Pro go blank. They are still listed but when I want to open them they are blank. I can only access them again when I restart my phone or wait hours and go back in the notes app. This has happened for a long time now and I see on the community chat that others have the same issue. Can this please be fixed?
