Serial number wrong

Hi:

I’m trying to contact the support but the form says that my serial number is wrong: why?

it’s a nighmare because there aren’t other way to contact apple

If you are sure you have detected and communicated the correct serial number using these instructions:--> Find the serial number or IMEI on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support , try contacting Apple by phone opening this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.
