I have several macs on my local network. I would like to be able to remotely access my machines and have sound from the remote machine play on my local machine. I don't see any obvious way to do this. Am I missing something? Thanks.

They are both built on top of the VNC technology, and that does not include sound in its protocol. Granted Apple has enhanced what it uses for Screen Sharing so there is drag & drop file transfers, but I do not think they have added sound.
Not with Apple's Screen Sharing. It has some nice features, but exporting the remote system's audio is not one of them.
It may be possible to use some other remote access utility and get sound transferred.
I am using Remote Management in the sharing control panel - not Screen Sharing. I was hoping that Remote Management might have some type of sound capability.
