Issues with returns
Has anyone had issues returning a Iphone? I returned one, FedEx lost it and now they have charged me the full price of the phone I do not have. They state that I was after the 30 day return the phone policy. I never knew the phone was not returned as they removed the hold they placed on my credit card when I ordered the replacement phone. I can't get a claim at FedEx because they have an agreement with Apple to not have claims filed. I only found out it was missing after I was charged a full month after I thought I had returned it.
Anyone else? Any advice?
