If you're having other issues with the CarPlay software installed in your vehicle, it is best to reach out to your vehicle manufacturer so they can see if there is a firmware update for your system.

We also suggest making sure your iPhone is fully updated to the latest iOS: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you've already completed the above steps, including disconnecting and removing your device fully from your vehicle and adding it back as new, your final step will be to get in touch with Apple for further investigation: Get Support

If you can test out Apple Maps as well, this will let us know if it's an overall GPS concern with the device or software specifically, or if its just isolated to the other two maps applications you're using.
