Need for option to disable “one more minute“ in screen time limits, kids are able to continue using apps that are limited, what’s the use of screen time limits if they can continuously use one more minute? should be able to turn that off in screen time settings

This doesn’t quite get to the solution.
Having set all the App and Time restrictions, a teenage child is still willing to use the “one more minute” option over and over again which makes the screen restrictions a mere inconvenience to them.
Parents need a way to fully disable the device during restricted screen time. I would prefer that the “ one more minute” option was fully disabled.
This is not helpful. How do we disable the "one more minute" option? My daughter must have hit it 180 times and was able to continue using her phone indefinitely.
The App Limits aren't enforced either. Why do you think this thread is 6 pages deep? I have an app limit of 30 minutes set and yet my daughter was on YouTube for 3 hours.

this is a decent workaround, but why won't they let you set the limit to ZERO minutes? i don't want to feed into the addiction giving them 1 minute!

Block at end of limit doesn’t prevent from getting another minute every time. The kid doesn’t even have to ask for this.
This appears to help. It looks like they can select one more minute one time still, but then after that, the option disappears and they ONLY have the option to ask for more time.

That doesn't really help if its a tablet. Why would I go out and buy a new phone for a 6 year old.
