I started having issues with iPhone 12 calls

Today I started having issues with calls. I tried calling someone and I didnt hear the phone ringing on my end. It shortly said call failed after. I had them call me and I did not get a notification, my phone didnt ring, nothing. I have an iPhone 12 and Verizon as my carrier. I have tried turning on and off my phone/restarting it. I have also made sure do not disturb isn't on. I didnt have any issues until today. FaceTime works perfectly fine. I would call a phone support or verizon support but I cant make any calls. Someone please help

Does FaceTime work on cellular or only on Wi-Fi.

Go through the various suggestions in the carrier service support article below but if they don't help, and your network carrier can't help, then contact Apple Support for further investigation.
