Disney+ not working on Mac Book Air

Why can't I get Disney+ to work on my Mac Book Air 2017?

I open safari (it is updated) and go to the web site. I can log into my account and go through all the settings. However there are no options for viewing anything. The main homepage, search, watchlist, etc. just show up empty. Ad blocker is off. My account works on my phone and fire stick.
