Mailerlite issue with Apple ONLY subscribers

This question was asked elsewhere and the answer was to contact the newsletter service (Mailerlite)


I’m having the same issue and I’ve reached out to Mailerlite. They have said it’s an Apple issue.


The test email goes right through and does, multiple times, over a period of a couple of hours. But when the larger email is sent to my subscribers, NONE of the iCloud, .mac, .iCloud etc users receive the email. Or, they mail receive it a week later. This is ONLY with Apple mail subscribers.

This information may apply If iCloud Mail isn't working:


  1. "If your recipient still doesn't receive your message, but your message was sent without any alerts or “undelivered mail” messages, your message might be blocked or filtered by the iCloud Mail servers or the recipient's mail server. To find out, contact iCloud Support. You should also ask your recipient to contact their email administrator."
