iOS 15.3.1 battery drain by apps that use Bluetooth for Phone Key feature (Tesla, Proxy, Kwikset)

Since upgrading to iOS 15.3.1, I've noticed my iPhone 13 gets hot even when I'm not using it and the battery drains quickly. Settings - Battery shows the phone is having significant background activities (50+ minutes per hour), and they are mostly by apps that use my iPhone as a key using Bluetooth. Tesla app uses my phone's Bluetooth to unlock my car when I'm near the car. Proxy app works as a key to my office. Kwikset app uses Bluetooth to connect to my Kwikset door lock. I deleted and reinstalled these apps, but that didn't fix. Anyone else having these problems?

My battery is healthy and hold the charge overnight when the phone is powered off and unplugged. Once back on on the morning. It lost 10% in 30min while doing pretty much nothing. I am trying to turn all locations services off. Siri was already off. I will see if that helps. But this is just a pain. It have been 72h and the device is unusable. Bad, bad, bad update.

i will try to be patient and follow this great post. The last update killed my battery! - Apple Community

Since installing 15.3.1 the phone is useless. The battery drains so quickly, it's hardly usable. Just looking at maps for a few minutes drains the battery 25%. My security cam notifications take another 25%, messaging consumes 14%. I have full charge at the start of the day and am nearly dead by 4PM, without even using the phone. This is B.S. Apple and I want a full refund for my inconvenience!
