iPhone 13 Pro Max 90fps

i recently bought the iPhone 13 pro max, i use it mostly to play Pubg and the 90fps option is so bad looks almost like 30 fps or 25. 60fps option on Pubg is so much faster than 90fps. It seems like the 90fps option is a big lie to me. I looked on internet for help and on other communities, they have the same problem. Someone that can help?

P.S.: I watched a lot video's that I thought might help, but it did not help. I desperately posted this here after many many many video's. PLEASE HELP. Take this forum as an example everyone is complaining: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/693367
