How to merge partition ?

Here I have two Container disk, Container disk 1 has MACOS and MACOS-DATA, while the Container disk 2 has NewAPFS named volumes.

I want to remove NewAPFS and add that space onto MACOS. How to do that using disk utility ?

Be very certain the Container disk2 has not have the Mount Point attribute of /System attributed to it.

If it does not - in Disk Utility choose the Container disk2 and bottom left the small Minus ( -) sign and it will be removed.

The Space this volume occupied will be automatically made available to the the Operating System

The Beauty of the new APFS format is Partitioning is not longer required

Copy and Paste from that supplied link earlier

Apple File System (APFS) allocates disk space on demand. When a single APFS container (partition) has multiple volumes, the container’s free space is shared and can be allocated to any of the individual volumes as needed. Each volume uses only part of the overall container, so the available space is the total size of the container, minus the size of all volumes in the container.

Thought not as Bootcamp would have created a True Partition and not a Container.

So, if the previous suggestion regarding Remove Container from Apple does not work and BootCamp was not used to create this Container - the mystery continues.

The Scorched Earth approach may needed to be considered to regain the Full Drive Capacity.
