Stage light issue on my MacBook Pro 13" 2019

I have a MacBook Pro 13" with 4 thunderbolts (2019 model) and I noticed I have these dimmed screen areas at the bottom of the display (Stage Light issue). I took it to the authorized reseller in my country to fix it, cause I have an extended warranty, but I have concerns that I'll get charged since the model is not covered by Apple's "Display Backlight service program". Do newer 13" models have the same issue?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.2
