My Apple Pencil keeps on glitching on GoodNotes 5 and sometimes there’s difficulty registering the pencil gestures on the iPad, I have tried using different app for notes but nothing seem to solve this issue. Please guide me what to do.

We understand that you're having trouble with your Apple Pencil on your iPad. It sounds like this is happening in more than just GoodNotes, is that correct? For example, the native Notes app.

We would also recommend that you unpair your Apple Pencil and pair it again. The steps are described here: Connect Apple Pencil with your iPad under the header "If your Apple Pencil won't pair with your iPad".
