Hello, Why does my iPhone keep fetching data out of it’s condition? I have set my iCloud account on fetching automatically. It says that Your iPhone will fetch new data in the background only when on power and Wi-Fi but when my iPhone is not plugged in, I still receive my mail notification.

We understand that Mail Fetch isn't working as expected. To confirm, are the Notification settings are correct for the Mail app as listed in the following article specifically the section" Check Mail Fetch and Notification settings":
If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
