Do you have an Apple Watch? Have you checked all of your settings for notifications, sounds, make sure the Mute switch is not on Mute, the volume is turned up to a recognizable level, do not disturb or other focus setting is not turned on? Have you updated your iPhone 11 to the latest iOS, 15.3.1?
