Iphone 12 Pro Max repairs and service History issue

I have my Iphone 12 pro max i am using it along time my phone is brand new i cannot make any parts and service from apple and also you are showing you cannot done any parts and repairs past 90 days in apple support but in settings in about it showing me your iphone camera was apple geniune apple apart and it was repaired on 16 February 2022 it was very strange to me i think this is bug please remove it as early as possible I cannot make any parts and service because my phone is absolutely fine I don’t need it i share you the screenshots also please apple solve and remove this bug to my iphone.
