I’m trying to figure out why my iPhone se 2020 through Tracfone won’t receive group messaging that includes android users. I’ve reset my network settings and updated to the new 15 update, but am still having no luck. Looking at other old help articles hasn’t done anything either; those ideas don’t help. Any help in this area would’ve greatly appreciated!

Contact your carrier. Group messages from non-iOS users are SMS/MMS which are supported by the carrier. They have to ensure your account has an SMS/MMS activation on it.
