ive found that there is a focus issue with focus issue with 3rd party application, same position same object with same setting, stock camera is focusable with all 3 lense. but 3rd party app cannot, either with auto or manual mode, tested with Moment and Camera2 app

To help isolate this issue a bit further, try removing all accessories (i.e. case, film, etc.), cleaning the lenses with a microfiber cloth, and restarting your iPhone.
