iOS keyboard always changes Lol to lol

At the beginning of a sentence when I type Lol, instead of capitalizing the first letter it autocorrects to a lowercase lol. I have factory reset the keyboard many times, and I’ve manually erased lol and typed in Lol and it still happens. When I do the factory reset it seems the keyboard resets everything except my preferences for that one word. How can I fix this??
