Recently when I send a message to someone who is calling to reject the call or custom a message it goes to the same number but different area code!! It has happened to all my contacts - my family calls me and if I reject the call with a Message it goes to a different area code? How is that possible and how do I fix it - it’s happened since the last upgrade I feel

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the services of cellular. It may be a glitch in their user database --nothing on Apple's end.
